Race Rules and Entry Policies

**Should the event be canceled because of COVID-19, ARTICLE D) below will apply**

To ensure everyone’s safety during the race as well as to guarantee equal treatment between all athletes, you are asked to carefully read over the race rules.

SUMMARY

ART.2.2 MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

A) TRANSFERRING REGISTRATION FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER

Transferring registration from one person to another is not permitted.  Every new athlete must register independently.  Please note that proof of identity will be required to pick up your bib.

B) CHANGING EVENTS

A change of event is permitted up to 16 days prior to race day but requires the athlete to pay a change fee.  All requests for an event change must be made by email at info@harricana.info.

Event change fees:

C) CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of a registration with a partial reimbursement is permitted until 31 days before race day.  All cancellation requests must be made by email at info@harricana.info.  No change fee is applicable for a cancellation.

Transferring a registration to the following year, or to another athlete, is not permitted.

Partial reimbursements for cancellations are as follows:

D) EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Should the event be canceled, participants will have 30 days to make their choice. A form will be sent by newsletter.

The following choices will be offered:

  • I want to donate my registration to the UTHC (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%);
  • I want a refund (100% of registration fees, less the Eventbrite fees, credit card fees and associated taxes);
  • I want to transfer my registration to the 2021 edition.

The products purchased during the registration will be sent by mail (for residents of Canada only). Other purchases made by foreign athletes will be reimbursed.

Donations made through our website to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (MS Society) are non-refundable and will be donated to the MS Society.
